Holly Willoughby’s fans have been pointing out her changing figure during the past year.
One praised her look, and said: “I wish you would share your new exercise regime it would inspire women as well.”
However, another was not such a fan of the transformation. They wrote: “Holly you are very beautiful but who can I now worship as a beacon for girls with curves? You have trimmed down to the ‘MUST have tv body shape’ and left us in the lurch!” [sic]
Holly’s figure does seem to have slimmed down since January 2017, when the blonde stunner wore a pink floor length dress to the National Television Awards.
Almost 12 months later Holly looked slender at the ITV Gala at the London Palladium on November 9, 2017.
She told Prima Magazine: “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance. As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.
“I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing.”
“I actually avoid talking about my diet and exercise regime because I have interviewed so many people affected by eating disorders.
“I know that some people in chat rooms can really fixate on other people’s diets.”
It is thought that Holly turned to pilates after the birth of her third child.
Body Control Pilates founder Lynne Robinson told The Sun: “I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week.”
Holly also revealed that as her children have grown older, she has had more time to take care of herself.
She told Lorraine: “The children are a little bit older, so I’ve got a little bit more time for myself.
“And I’m always one of those people that if you feel happy and healthy that’s all that matters.”
Holly is married to her husband Daniel Baldwin and has three children, Belle, Chester and Harry.
